Hot 90
Room Temp: Slightly above body temp - “HOT”

Our Hot90 is the traditional Bikram yoga class. A fun, demanding and physically challenging 26 pose (Asana) series that works the entire body. It is a beginning yoga series that is suitable for all levels, health conditions and ages. The 90 minute class is performed in a room heated to slightly above body temperature. It is designed to systematically move fresh oxygenated blood to every cell in the entire body, as well as work the entire spine through which the entire nervous system operates, thereby restoring all systems to their natural working order. The basic premise behind bikram yoga is - if you have a healthy spine, you have a healthy life - all systems can then work the way they were intended to. Every pose is meant to be performed in a specific order, to the best of one's ability. The class progresses because the student learns to steadily make new demands of oneself, working deeper into the posture, while mastering their breathing. The physical exertion and relaxation operate most effectively when practiced simultaneously. The control of breathing (Pranayama), as well as focus and concentration accomplish this. As you advance, you apply yourself even deeper into the mastery of self and by doing so we reach the true meaning of hatha yoga. "Ha"-sun, "tha"-moon, "yoga"-union. It is a union; a meeting of body, mind and spirit.

Hot 60
Room Temp: Slightly above body temp - “HOT”

This class moves through the traditional 26 & 2 Bikram series in a shortened 60 minutes. We do one set of some of the postures, flow through others, and do two set of the back-strengthening. It is geared towards students who are crunched for time. We believe that 'Some yoga is better than no yoga.' Although it is nice to be acquainted with the original 90 minute practice, beginners are always welcome and may find this class is a great way to ease into a hot yoga practice.

Hot Pilates
Room Temp: Slightly above body temp - “HOT”
60 minutes
Hot Pilates is a low impact training system that combines pilates based deep core strengthening along with cardiovascular challenging High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) for an intense, fun workout that increases strength, stamina, flexibility and quality of life. Hot Pilates classes are done in a heated room - so be ready to sweat and have a good time!

Vinyasa Flow

"Go with the flow" and try something new with this dynamic blend of fundamentals and new frontiers at a powerful, exhilarating pace. Students of all levels will build flexibility, strength, and inner freedom as we flow through movement, breathing, and meditation in a fun and exploratory way.

Yin Yoga
Buti Yoga
Room Temp: "Not heated"

Room Temp: "Warm/ambient'
60 minutes
When you need a little extra tender loving care this slower paced and gentle yin class includes passive, longer held poses while focusing on the breath. Many of the poses are seated or lying on your back or stomach. Longer poses help facilitate the slow and safe opening of connective tissues like tendons, ligaments and fascia, thus being relaxing and restorative for the entire body. This class is a great compliment to more active styles of yoga. Surrender to this more meditative practice and leave with a feeling of lightness and peace.
“Buti” is a Marathi Indian term for “the cure to something that’s been hidden away or kept secret.” Buti is a practice of going within to discover your true power and full potential. This dynamic yoga practice intuitively blends primal movement with cardio bursts and vibration to tone the body - physical, emotional and spiritual.
